以前在某公司的时候，外方有个印度人，不过是长驻香港的，他发过来的邮件中经常有这句Please kindly find the attached......，我当时以为这是一种很formal的表达方式，自己以后在邮件中也用过类似的表达，不过最近在某文章看到，这样说虽然没有语法错误，但并不是一种很好的表达。

原因有二：

1. please kindly是一种老式的表达方法，而且重复了。‘kindly’的意思其实就是‘please’，当你说‘please kindly’,其实有一种乞求的语气的感觉，仔细体会一下“ Please, please find the attachment!”，是不是这样？

2.这里用了find这个词，为什么要用find？难道你将它藏在某个地方吗？

比如下面这句：

Please kindly find your electronic statement for November 2010 as attached. Should you have any queries, please contact our Accounts Office at [tel number].

就可以直接改成：

Your November 2010 electronic statement is attached. If you have any questions about it, please contact our Accounts Office at [tel number] before the next statement cycle ends on 31 January 2011.

PS:

Should you have any queries也是老式的表述方法，在这里最好的表述也应该用have any questions，虽然queries和questions的意思一样，但是用questions显得更加现代。
